My struggles with weight started at age six. I spent decades of my life wanting to be thin and trying all kinds of things to get there. I even became a personal trainer, thinking that was the answer to my emotional eating and my lack of consistency. Instead, I gained 30 pounds while working in the health and fitness industry.

Through my own personal journey and through my work with hundreds of clients, I discovered that the stories we tell ourselves about our bodies and our eating habits hold us back more than any faulty diet plan or workout regime ever will.

Through changing my stories with this journal-based process, I've lost over 30 pounds (and kept it off for months - a first for me!), gained confidence, found peace around food, and ended a decades-long struggle with binge eating. I can't wait to see how this process changes your life next!
